Account Deletion
Delete your account in the app, or request deletion by email if you cannot access it.
Inside the app
- Open Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Complete the required identity verification and final deletion confirmation.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
Request by email
Write to erhankaya3470@gmail.com from your account email address with the subject “ZINK! account deletion request”. Mention if you use Apple’s Hide My Email. We may need to verify account ownership before completing the request.
This link opens your email app; it does not itself delete your account. Do not send your password or verification codes.
What happens next
When deletion completes, your sign-in account is removed and your display name and profile content are cleared. Progress and access to cosmetics may be lost. Some score, transaction, deletion and security records may remain under an account identifier; you may also make requests concerning those records. See the Privacy Policy.
